Associate Director of Enrollment and Student Services


Western Michigan University Cooley Law School seeks an Associate Director of Enrollment and Student Services for its Tampa Bay Campus located in Riverview, Florida. The successful candidate will coordinate services for students in the areas of Admissions, Registrar and Financial Aid; assist with the exam administration process; assume primary administrative responsibility for commencement, diversity programs, disability services, new student orientation, student housing referral, veteran programs and international student liaison; assist the Campus Director with campus-related activities, such as campus events, student programs, operations support, and human resources, and other ancillary assignments.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required, Juris Doctor degree is preferred. Experience or exposure to working in a higher education institution is strongly desired.  Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Suite, knowledge of CAMS, PowerFaids, or Crystal Reports is beneficial. The ability to learn quickly and function independently. Must have the ability to interact and succeed in an environment serving diverse constituencies and excellent organization and time management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary. Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality of student information. The position will require working some evening and weekends. Occasional in and out-of-state travel for recruitment purposes will be necessary.
