The Lansing area offers many choices. The most convenient option is downtown, and many housing opportunities exist within walking distance of the law school. There are numerous housing options in the communities surrounding the Lansing area, including East Lansing, Delta Township, Okemos, Holt, DeWitt, and Haslett.

The Law School does not provide free student parking at the Lansing campus. Students may use parking lots or metered spaces near each building. The surface parking lots located directly behind the Cooley Center and the Brennan Library and Center for Research and Study are for employee use only.
