ACTING DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL AID
(517) 371-5140, ext. 2233
I joined the Financial Aid office at the law school in 2020, bringing 14 years of experience working in higher education to the Financial Aid office and the mission to help students graduate with as little debt as possible. My choice to join WMU-Cooley was based on Cooley’s commitment to offering legal education to people from all walks of life and the idea that the practice of law should not be an elitist profession. I’m excited to be a part of an institution that helped create successful careers for multiple members of my family as alumni.
In addition to my work with WMU-Cooley students, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Student Financial Aid Association representing the interests of all private college students in the state.
I value lifelong learning, most recently earning a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace issued by the University of Southern Florida and obtaining a FAFSA application credential from the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.
