Colin Maguire is an experienced attorney who practices in immigration court proceedings and advises law enforcement clients. He is also responsible for training local clients and the continuing education for attorneys. Colin Maguire also deals with complex worksite enforcement (I-9 compliance) matters. He also has expertise in administrative search and seizure authorities and sUAS, commonly referred to as small drone, law. Prior to his employment with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement he was employed by Loomis, Ewert, Parsley, Davis & Gotting, P.C., specializing in real estate law, municipal law, administrative law, and general business litigation. He teaches Border Patrol & the Fourth Amendment and Drone Law.
