Three Thirteen Law was founded by Mandi Clay, Esq., a seasoned litigator and real estate agent who has represented clients in state and federal court, as well as in agency actions and private arbitration. We handle a wide variety of subject matters, but our passion lies in the fight for equality. Mandi is a vocal advocate for those with mental and physical disabilities, often speaking out for those with mental illness. She is also active in the fight for gender and racial equality, and speaks on those topics as well.
