Title IX: equality of opportunity

The Law School is committed to educational and employment environments that are free from discrimination and harassment by, between, and against its students and employees.  The Law School abides by all local, state, and federal laws and regulations that prohibit discrimination and harassment.  This includes Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, including its 2020 amendments, and American Bar Association Standard 205(b), which provides that “a law school shall foster and maintain equality of opportunity for students, faculty, and staff, without discrimination or segregation on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.”
