Designed to address all the laws of Homeland Security, which are consistent with Professor McDaniel's role at the Pentagon for Homeland Defense Strategy, Force Planning and Mission Assurance, including counter-terrorism, immigration, border, maritime and transportation security, public health and bioterrorism, and intelligence and individual rights.
