The Ann Arbor campus is located at 3475 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, near the intersection of US-23 and M-14, near the University of Michigan's north campus and Domino Farms. It is located very near to the University of Michigan's north campus and is just a few minutes from downtown Ann Arbor and the University's main campus. Eastern Michigan University is seven miles away.

Cooley's Ann Arbor campus is an 84,500-square-foot facility that includes a full-service law school library; a computer lab; large, medium, and small classrooms; mock appellate and trial courtrooms; and offices for faculty, administrators, and staff.

In its current configuration, it will accommodate slightly over 400 students and the requisite faculty and staff for an enrollment of that size. Classes commenced at the Ann Arbor campus in September 2009.
