Transfer students from other accredited law schools may be admitted to Cooley Law School if they are in good standing with their law schools, their programs are comparable, and they meet Cooley's definition of good standing.
Credits for courses with grades less than satisfactory (C or 2.0) are not transferable. Cooley typically permits students to transfer no more than 30 credit hours. Students may be able to transfer up to 45 credit hours with permission.
Transfer students are eligible for Honors Scholarships based upon their LSAT score, their Cooley index or their class rank at the school from which transfer occurs - whichever is higher.
