Character, Fitness and Disclosure Did you know that your law school application is the first step in your admission to the practice of law? Common practice among state bar officials is to review law school applications for inconsistencies with subsequent bar admission applications. The application questions are also the initial data collection source for law schools, which are required to report a great deal of information to both the American Bar Association, any applicable regional accrediting body, and federal and state governmental bodies. So, it's important that the answers you provide be answered honestly, completely, and candidly. You can edit your answers during the session, but cannot change them once submitted. Use the printed version as an answer guide.
