Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy shares personal, professional experiences with Cooley students
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym L. Worthy, who is well known for bringing charges against former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and his former chief of staff Christine Beatty, recently spoke to students, faculty and staff at the Auburn Hills campus of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School during a presentation entitled "How Does a Public Official Stand Up to Intense Political Pressure and Do the Right Thing?"
The presentation was sponsored by Cooley's Center for Ethics, Service and Professionalism and the Oakland County Bar Association, and is part of Cooley’s "Integrity in Our Communities" speaker series, which brings local professionals to Cooley's campuses to speak on timely and relevant ethical and professional matters.
