West's Federal Digests are indexes to the published opinions of the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals and U.S. District Courts. The opinions are printed in the Federal Reporter and the Federal Supplement. There are now five series of digests: Federal Digest, Modern Federal Practice Digest 2d, Federal Practice Digest Second, Third, and Fourth.
