Faculty Secretary

Job Location: Tampa Bay Campus

Job Summary

Duties in this highly professional environment include but are not limited to secretarial assignments, like dictated, written, or composed correspondence, and a variety of general clerical duties, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and other duties as required for supporting faculty and administrators in the performance of their duties.


Applicants must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated customer service skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are also required. Applicants also need an Associate's Degree or the equivalent minimum of two years of administrative office experience, preferably in an academic setting. Applicants should be proficient using MS Word and Excel and be able to learn other database programs.
