Professor Morgan joined the Thomas Cooley faculty after nine years of practice in the areas of tax litigation, municipal and state legal affairs, government business operations, and appellate litigation while serving as a Detroit corporation counsel and Michigan assistant attorney general.

A multiple winner of Thomas Cooley's Stanley E. Beattie Teaching Award and current president of the Sixty Plus, Inc., Elderlaw Clinic's Board of Directors, Professor Morgan teaches Contracts, Sales and Negotiable Instruments, Secured Transactions, Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights, Equity and Remedies, and State and Local Government.
