Midwest Public Interest Law Career Conference

Each winter the Northwestern University School of Law Career Services Office sponsors an annual public interest law career conference, which brings together law students from the Midwest and public interest employers from the Midwest and around the country. This interviewing program is held in February annually. In addition to the employment opportunities, the program includes "table talk", a networking session representatives from public sector organizations, and a panel presentation regarding a relevant public interest law career issue. Past conferences have drawn more than 300 students from 34 law schools in the Midwest to meet with more than 60 employers.
