OCI – On Campus Recruitment

1. Log in at https://law-cooley-csm.symplicity.com
Enter your Cooley Law user ID and password.

• Organizations may have their own Symplicity unique URL and login. You will not be able to use the same account information to log into Cooley's Symplicity site.
• Register at Cooley's Symplicity site and a Cooley recruitment specialist will confirm your account.

2. Click on the "OCI" tab.
3. Click "Schedule Request"
4. Complete the registration form.
5. Click on "SUBMIT" to send your registration request.

Posting Jobs and Collecting Resumes

Your job posting will be promoted to students and included in our Cooley Classifieds. Many employers take advantage of this seamless way to engage Cooley students.

1. Log in at https://law-cooley-csm.symplicity.com
Enter your Cooley Law user ID and password.

• Organizations may have their own Symplicity unique URL and login. You will not be able to use the same account information to log into Cooley's Symplicity site.
• Register at Cooley's Symplicity site and a Cooley recruitment specialist will confirm your account.

2. Make sure you are in the tab labeled "Job Postings"
3. Click "Add New"
4. Complete the form in its entirety.

Helpful Hints

Resume Receipt

1. Direct Submission: You can choose to have the student resumes sent via email to the contact email that appears in the drop box.
2. Resume Collection: You can have the student resumes accumulate online and resumes will be collected for you to download or receive all at once on a set date.
3. Other: You may specify where and how to submit application materials

• Copy Existing – You may update a previously posted job announcement so you do not have to recreate the entire posting.
• The "Alerts" section of your login homepage will notify you when students submit applications to your postings.
