Cooley students enjoy a light dinner provided by the Federal Bar Association, Student Chapter and the GR Federalist Society before attending the Domestic Surveillance Debate.

A debate on Domestic Surveillance was hosted by two student organizations on Cooley's GR Campus - the Federal Bar Association, Student Chapter, and the Federalist Society - on March 10.

Mr. John Allen, President of the Feberal Bar Association Western District and a partner at Varnum, Riddering & Howlett, argued against Mr. Mike Nelson, a local attorney who represented the ACLU.

Students, attorneys, and other community members enjoyed a dinner in Cooley's Law Center in downtown Grand Rapids, followed by the debate.
