Discount for City Ramp Parking is available with the purchase of a discount VIP Card at 219 N. Grand, Lansing, Mich. It doesn't expire, but a $10 minimum balance must remain on the card at all times for entrance into a lot. Once you get the card, you can pay by credit card over the phone. The office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
