First-term students on Cooley's GR Campus enjoyed an afternoon of activities designed to familiarize them with campus life on September 14, 2005.
Students first had the opportunity to eat lunch with their faculty advisors in small groups in the GR Law Center. Faculty got to know their advisees and talked to the students about everything from good study practices to externships.
After lunch, a Student Organization Fair was held. Representatives of arious student groups, clubs, and other organizations talked to the first-term students about their group's purpose and activities, signed students up for raffles and drawings, and answered students' questions. Students left the Organization Fair with lots of information and loaded with free mugs, books, candy, and other prizes.
