Federal Bar Association Sponsors
Kick-off Event on GR Campus

Wednesday, February 23 – Cooley students, who are joining the Western District of Michigan Chapter of the Federal Bar Association as student members, enjoyed a kick-off luncheon with United States Magistrate Judge Joseph Scoville and local attorneys Brad Glazier, current president of the Western Michigan Chapter, and Gary Gershon, liaison between the Western Michigan Chapter's executive board and the law school. The lunch meeting was co-sponsored by the GR Career Services office. Approximately 30 students from the Grand Rapids and Lansing campuses attended, along with the group's advisor, Professor Alan Blakley.
