Who owns the bookstore?
The bookstore is owned and operated by the law school.
Do you sell used books?
Yes! Used textbooks are priced at 75% of the new book price. For a full course load, this can represent considerable savings. Used texts are marked with a USED sticker on the spine of the book and the price is stickered on the back cover. Used books are in high demand, so shop early or submit a book reservation form to better your chances of saving money.
When is book buy back?
We buy books throughout the year. You will, however, receive the most
amount of money for your books during the last two weeks of each term,
when we hold our store buy back. Buyback dates
and times are posted around campus and also e-mailed to the student list
in advance.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns accompanied by the original cash register receipt. The return period is 2 days from the date of purchase and items must be in the same condition as when purchased (new books must be free of markings, bent pages, etc). There is an extended return period at the beginning of each term for textbooks. Unless defective, any opened audiotapes, flashcards, software, and all charts are non-returnable.
Do you carry software products?
Yes we do! We carry a limited number of titles but can special order most
anything else. Being a student, you are eligible for significant academic
discounts.
