Business Transactions

This concentration will appeal to those who plan to negotiate, structure, and implement business transactions. Business planners can be expected to be involved in a wide range of business, real estate, intellectual property, labor, sports, and entertainment matters. Typically, business planners enter into long-range counseling relationships with clients rather than one-time events. The clients may be associated with large, complex undertakings or relatively small business and family projects. Likely clinical placements will be private and public offices handling business transactions. Professor Morgan chairs the Business Transaction Concentration.

Please Note: Securities Regulation and Modern Real Estate Transactions are never offered in the same term, they rotate, each one being offered every other term.
